fantastic stay
helpful service clean room
the staff offered helpful service. The hotel was clean and room sizes were reasonable. The ambience was good throughout the hotel.
i found no coffee maker in the room. Only instant coffee was available. This was inconvenient for making coffee.

good location room cleanliness good customer service old mattress flat sheet ripped towel
i found the location was really good. the room was clean, the cleanliness was really nice. customer service was really good, specially ali went over and above.
the mattress were old. it was firm and in place of a proper fitted sheet they opted for a flat sheet. bath towels i received was ripped and stained with a brown substance.

mixed feelings about my stay
small closet old mattress
the location was acceptable, close to the metro.
The room i was assigned had a really small closet. It barely held any of my clothes. there was practically no space to unpack, and my luggage had to stay near the door. the bedding also wasn't great. The mattress seemed old, and there was no fitted sheet.

adequate location, some issues
good area easy access metro access small room old furniture outside noise
i liked that the hotel was in a good area, it allowed easy access to the metro. the arc de triomphe was also nearby. the staff helped me with restaurant recommendations, i found that kind.
the room seemed small, even if that is typical in this area. the furniture looked old and basic, i thought they needed better cleaning. the outside noise was easily heard even when windows are closed.
